HOW TO USE
Apply a small amount to the upper chest and back, massaging gently using circular movements. For aromatic inhalation, warm a small amount between the palms, cup hands over the nose and inhale deeply. Alternatively, add a spoonful to a bowl of hot water, lean over the bowl and cover the head and shoulders with a towel, breathing in the aromatic vapour for up to three minutes.
